David Allen Lacy, 63, of Holland, Michigan passed away suddenly on Tuesday August 4, 2015. Born December 2, 1951 in Douglas, Michigan, he was the son of Clois and Evelyn (Huitt) Lacy. David retired from Holland Hitch after spending 40 years holding various positions within the company. He was a member of the Holland Moose Lodge 1116. David is survived by his mother Evelyn of Fennville, son Zachary Lacy of Tucson, AZ, daughter Julie and Martin Swindells of Perth, Australia; grandchildren Stella Rose, Levi, and Henry; siblings Brenda and Mark Homkes of Holland, MI, Linda and Shelby Cupp of Fennville, MI and Richard and Carlyon Lacy of Fennville, MI. He is preceded in death by his father Clois. At David's request cremation has taken place and a memorial visitation will be Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 5-8 pm at the Chappell Funeral Home in Fennville.
