David Donald Hagger of Fennville passed away peacefully as the sun was setting on April 21, 2022, surrounded by his two loving daughters Dana and Julie. David was born in Douglas on June 30, 1941, to Walter and Margaret (Haan) Hagger. David loved the outdoors and anything in nature. He could always be found outside being one with nature. He was a hunter, fisherman, and an expert trapper. David loved and cared for his family the most. He loved spending all his time with his kids, and grandkids. Dave is survived by his daughters; Dana (Randy Carroll) Hagger, and Julie (Eric) Brefka; siblings Janice Orent, and Kent Hagger. He was Beatrice's Grandpa Hagger and Ian's Bumpa. Preceding him in death are his parents Walter and Margaret (Haan); son Rex Hagger, and Sister Donita Fogerty. The family will be having an intimate private graveside at a later time in Taylor cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held in early Summer.
