David Lee Fosdick, 84, of Fennville, MI, peacefully passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025 at MediLodge of Holland. Dave was born in Douglas, MI on October 28, 1940 to Bernard and Ruth (Dick) Fosdick.

He enlisted in the U.S. Army in the early 1960s and was honorably discharged after two years of service. In 2002, he retired from the Life Savers plant in Holland, MI after over thirty years of employment.

On July 5, 1969, he married Susan (Coney) Fosdick in Holland, MI. They enjoyed 56 years of marriage together. Dave loved the outdoors, tinkering in his workshop, and working with his hands. He had a soft spot for animals and was the owner of many beloved cats and dogs throughout his lifetime.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Fosdick; son, Steven Fosdick; granddaughters, Alexa (Daniel) Kennard and Kyla Fosdick; sister, Barbara (Fosdick) Birkholz; siblings-in-law, Ron (Linda) Coney and Gail Coney; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Fosdick; sister, Carole Fosdick; and parents, Bernard and Ruth.
