David Foreman, 54, of South Haven, died Thursday, April 14, 2005, at South Haven Community Hospital. Born in Watervliet, he worked in the tool-and-die industry. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Foreman. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Atwood Foreman of South Haven; daughters Candice and George Hoegen Jr. of Holland, Katie and Don Shellito of Hawley, Minn., and Christine and Robert Hearn of Allegan; stepsons Shane Yetzke of West Olive, Jason Atwood and Matthew Atwood, both of South Haven; l2 grandchildren; sisters Nancy and Benny Berry of Fennville and Linda John Albers of Texas. Visitation is 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville. Funeral services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Eric Jarvis officiating. Burial will be in Fennville Cemetery.
