Cynthia Gayle Seafort, age 66 passed away at her home in Fennville, Michigan with her family by her side. Cynthia is the child of the late George and Etoy Seafort. Cynthia was a teacher for over 20 years, more than 15 of those years were spent in the Fennville school district. She was an avid reader, loved lighthouses, and enjoyed spending time in her theater room, as well as hosting Oscar parties. Cynthia had a soft spot in her heart for her dogs. She trained her dogs to be therapy dogs and would take them to visit patients at hospitals and nursing homes. Along with her parents, Cynthia is preceded in death by her sister, Beverly. Surviving Cynthia is her brother, Scott (Marsha) Seafort; nieces, Gina Page, Lisa DeAngelis and Roxanne Seafort; grandnieces and grandnephews, Maddison, Bryce, Jeremiah, Jacob, Jesse, Julien, and Freyja; and special friends, Fred, Jackie, Rick, Sue and Linda. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 12:00 PM at the Lee Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Wild Dog Rescue (2525 Blue Star Highway, Fennville, MI 49408).
