Coy O. Mitts, age 65, of Holland, died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010 at the Hospice House in Holland. Born November 11, 1944 in Augusta, Arkansas, he was the son of Coy Leo Mitts and Helen Winchester Mitts. Coy is survived by his children Curtis Mitts of Arkansas, Douglas Mitts and Coy Mitts of Knoxville, TN, brothers; Jerry Mitts, Ronny Mitts, and Wesley Mitts, sisters; Linda Riddell, JoAnn Diaz and Sandra Garcia, half brother Jimmy Mitts, and half sisters Kathy Mitts and Theresa Mitts. Visitation will be Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., and funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, 2010 all at the Chappell Funeral Home Fennville.
