Cheryl Jones, age 53, of Pullman, Michigan, died Thursday, April 5, 2012 in Kalamazoo. Born October 16, 1958 in Grand Rapids, she was the daughter of Earl and Priscilla "Terry" (VanDyke) Hunt. Cheryl attended Fennville Schools. On June 5, 1976 she married Cordis Jones. They spent every moment they could together, and enjoyed sitting on their front porch during the summer and attending Liberty Chapel Church. For 21 years, Cheryl worked as a CNA, most recently she worked at Appledorn Assisted Living. She is survived by her husband Cordis Jones of Pullman; sons: Curt and Nikki Jones of South Haven and Clinton and Jessica Jones of Pullman; grandchildren: Caiden, Mikaila, Braison, and Kassidy; brothers and sisters: Leroy and Janet Hunt, Wendy Bowen, Earl and Kathy Hunt III, Coronna and Dave Heleski, Shawn and Larry Smith, Shannon Hunt, Tammy Ramos, Debbie and James Smith, and Terry Green; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be Monday, April 9, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, MI. Officiating will be Pastor Mark Saylor, and burial will be in the Lee Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Liberty Chapel Church 309 Dewey St.; Dowagiac, MI 49047.
