Charles "Richard" Holck, age 98, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at the Holland Hospital. Richard is the son of the late Herbert and Mildred (Sparks) Holck. Richard was a proud member of the United States Army, honorably serving in World War II as a medic. In his free time Richard loved to sketch and also enjoyed a round of golf. Richard is reunited with his wife, Marie Francis Holck, who passed away in 2009. The two were wed in 1975. Richard is survived by his step-children, Geri (Tom) Pantelleria, Jerry (Vicky) Skala, Bill Skala; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his brother and sister. A service will be held for Richard on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 11 am at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville, MI 49408, with Father Fabio Garzon officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to service, on Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 10 am - 11 am. Richard will be laid to rest at the Fennville Cemetery.
