Charles Frank Dornak, age 60, of Fennville, Michigan, born April 15, 1954, passed away on March 17, 2015. He was the son of Anthony and Angeline (Appl) Dornak. He is survived by his son, Michael and Rachel Dornak, daughter Alisha and Demajo Clemens, mother Angeline Dornak, two brothers, Anthony and Teri Dornak, Joseph and Shirley Dornak, grandchildren Taylor, Zackary, Dante, DeNasia, Ariana, Ramey, nephews, nieces, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Anthony Dornak. At his request cremation has taken place and private family services have been held.
