Catherine Margaret (Sullivan) Ptak, 58, of Fennville, MI passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022 at her home.  Born April 21, 1964 in Chicago, she was the daughter of Diane (Carrigan) Sullivan and the late Thomas Sullivan and was the wife of Theodore Ptak.  Catherine had worked for Fennville Schools as a secretary for many years.  She loved making connections with the children there and being involved in her community.  When she was not at work, Catherine enjoyed crocheting.  She was happiest, though, when she was with her family.

In addition to her mother, Diane, and her husband, Theodore, Catherine is survived by her sons, Theodore (Leah) Ptak and Michael Ptak; brothers, Danny Sullivan, Tim (Sherlie) Sullivan and Patrick (Sarah) Sullivan; and her grandson, Brendon Brady.  Along with her father, Thomas, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Sullivan.

The family will receive friends at Chappell Funeral Home on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at which time a memorial service will begin.

Saturday, January 14, 2023 the family will be having a luncheon at the Fennville VFW, 2373 53rd. St. Fennville, Mi. 49408 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
