Caroline Jean Stepka, 83, of Fennville, MI passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at Grace of Douglas. Born September 30, 1937 in Douglas, she was the daughter of the late Louis Frank and Bertha Lillian (Keith) Plummer. Caroline had been a lifetime member of Ganges Baptist Church. She played the piano at the church for twenty-five years and enjoyed the time spent with the Ladies Circle there. Caroline loved gardening and watching football and golf on Sundays. She especially liked to watch Tiger Woods and the Detroit Lions. Caroline faithfully served and loved Jesus. She loved her family, and she loved Coca-Cola. Caroline is survived by her son, Allen Stepka and his family; daughter, Betty Crouch and her family; brother, Gerry Plummer and his son; sister, Ethel Margaret Messerer; brother, Aaron Plummer; and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren. A graveside funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM at Plummerville Cemetery on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. A memorial service will be held at Ganges Baptist Church on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 12:00 PM unless regulations at the time prohibit such gatherings.
