Calvin E. Leslie Sr., age 73, of Fennville, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at the Hospice House in Holland, MI. Born October 18, 1937 in Little Rock, Arkansas, he was the son of Lyle and Ella (Lacy) Leslie. Calvin was a retired welder and taxidermist, he owned and operated Cal's Taxidermy in Fennville for over 25 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Leslie on November 24, 2008. Surviving are his children; Robin Murillo of Fennville, Rhonda and Brian Tuleja of Fennville, Calvin Jr. and Kristy Leslie of Zeeland, and Tim Leslie of Fennville, nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, sister-in-laws; Bonnie Koster of Hudsonville, Jan Leslie of Ganges, Nancy Harvey of Fennville, and Diane Leslie of Florida. Visitation will be Friday, May 6, 2011 from 7-9 p.m., and funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, Michigan. Officiating will be Pastor Tommy Jeffrey and Pastor Noemi Mateos, burial will be in the Fennville Cemetery.
