Bobby Lee North, age 64, of Grand Rapids, MI, died Wednesday, June, 2, 2010 at his home. Born July 28, 1945 in Chanute, Kansas, he was the son of Perry and Thelma (Chilcote) North. A factory worker, he retired from Amway Corporation. An avid outdoorsman, Bob most enjoyed spending time with family and friends camping in the woods, hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife Stella (Ledford) North, Daughter Victoria and Jason Kohlhoff of South Haven, son Robert and Eva North of Grand Rapids, seven grandchildren, brother Perry and Vicky North of Chanute, Kansas, sisters; Maxine North of Salina, Kansas, Martha and Jerry Mason of Bradford, Arkansas, Aladeen and Charlie Baker of Chanute, Kansas, mother-in-law Lois Ledford of Douglas, MI and an aunt, May Jeffrey of Pittsburg, Kansas. Visitation will be Friday, June 4, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m., with funeral services 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 5, 2010 at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, Michigan.
