Betty Darlene Haughton "Bovee", age 64 of Allegan, Michigan passed away Monday, January 11, 2016 at Wings Home in Allegan. Born June 28, 1951 in Plainwell, Michigan, she was the daughter of Lloyd E. and Victoria D. (Dodson) Moss. Betty worked as a bartender for many years. She truly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Richard "Dick" Bovee, her parents, 2 brothers, and 1 sister. She is survived by her children, Ronald Nichols, Richard Hollister, and Angel Hollister; siblings, Linda Sis, Janet Martin, Howard and Donna Moss, and Freddy Moss; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 5-9 PM at the Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville, MI 49408. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, January 15, 2016 at Chappell Funeral Home. Officiating will be Margaret Stoken, and burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Gun Plain Township.
