Barbara Jean Jerue, 89, of Pullman, Mi was born August 29, 1936, to Edward and Wilma (Busfield) Moored in Allegan, MI. She passed away August 31, 2025, at the Leia & Cyrus Poppen Hospice Residence in Muskegon, MI.

She married William Jerue in 1956, and they raised their children in Casco Township. They were married for 54 years. She worked for Fennville Public Schools for 17 years and served many meals to the students and staff. After retirement Barb and Bill enjoyed traveling/camping in their fifth wheel trailer. They spent their winters in Florida at Leisure Acres. They were members of the Wolverine Campers and members of the Casco United Methodist Church.

She leaves behind her children Dan (Julie) of Coloma, Doug (Karen) of Pullman, Gary (Sharon) of Ravenna and Debbie Smith (Jeff Hempel) of Sodus. Grandchildren Ryan (Kayla Smith), Andy (Trisha), Erika (Erick), Brandon, Jessca, Travis (Sydney) and Brady (Joanne). Great grandchildren Trevor (Aurora Hosier), Blake, Tucker, Molly (Jaden Johnson), Zack, Logan, Aubrey and Elijah. Great Great Grandson Archie and brother Raymond Moored (AnnMarie Briggs).

She was preceded in death by her husband William Jerue, sister Phyllis Drozd, brother Kenneth "Pete" Moored, brother-in-law Richard Jerue, sister-in-law, Marge Jerue and grandson Jerrod Smith.

Services will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Casco United Methodist Church. Visitation at 10 am, service at 11 am, interment at the McDowell Cemetery with a luncheon afterwards at the church.
