Audrey Mae Mellon, age 84, of Fennville, Michigan, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the Hospice House in Holland, MI. Born December 16, 1929 in Los Angeles, CA, she was the daughter of James and Ethel (Smith) Dineen. Audrey was a homemaker and secretary working for Fennville Public Schools and then the Allegan County Michigan Educational Association, active in the Eastern Star, and Past President of the N.S.O. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband Robert Mellon on February 10, 2014, and her step father Charles Luplow. She is survived by her children Rodney and Mary Mellon of Wyoming, MI, Roma Lea and James Wood of Troy, MI, five grandchildren, one great-grandson, her mother Ethel Luplow, and one sister Dawn Dornan of Holland, MI. Visitation will be Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 2-5 p.m. and funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, MI.
