Andrea Marie Batey, age 71, of Fennville, Michigan, died Saturday, March 27, 2010, at the Holland Community Hospital. Born July 19, 1938 in Chicago, Ill, she was the daughter of George and Lydia Krueger. A longtime Fennville area resident, she worked as a Avon representative and also in area greenhouses. She is survived by her children Lyle Jr. and Mary Batey of Allegan, Laura Batey of Fennville, and Donna and Tim Vesper of Holland, MI, four grandchildren and one sister Nancy Thorsen of Illinois. She was preceded in death by one son Dennis William Batey, one sister Arlene Schultz and one brother Paul Krueger. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at the Taylor Cemetery, Ganges Township Allegan County, MI. An online registry book is available at www.chappellfuneralhome.com
