Alicia Aminta (Arredondo) Hughes of Fennville, MI, passed on April 28, 2026, at the Holland Hospital, with family by her side. Alicia was born to her late parents Jesus and Consuelo (Banda) Arredondo, on May 2, 1946, in Laredo, Texas. She eventually met Clodoveo Hughes Jr. and shared 52 years of marriage together. She also coached her son and nephews for several years of little league. Alicia loved gardening and loved it every late spring when her magnolias and rhododendrons were flowering. She was also an incredible grandmother spending all her extra time investing in her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is deeply missed and leaves a legacy of love and commitment in her wake.
