Alice M. Wood, age 73, of Glenn, MI passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at her home, surrounded by her children. Born March 17, 1943 in Grand Rapids, MI., she was the daughter of Howard and Annebelle (Harper) Hutson. Alice lived in the Glenn area for the past 52 years. She worked as a nurse for many years, and in her free time enjoyed spending time with family and going to the casino. Alice is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wood on September 13, 2016. Surviving are her children, son Robert L. Wood, Jr. of Ganges, MI, daughter, Cheryl and Brian Dekker of West Olive, MI, daughter, Penny Wood of Saugatuck, MI, daughter, Peggy and Steven Brandl of Glenn, MI; 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; and sister Lois.
