Alice I. Doggendorf, 85, of Fennville, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006, at Resthaven Care Center in Holland. She was a homemaker who lived in the Ganges area all her life and attended Glenn United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her son Michael in 1990 and husband Carl in 1995. She is survived by her children Larry and Debra Doggendorf of Gobles, Don Doggendorf of Alexandria, Va., Joyce Butler of Holland, Shirley and Doyle Loucks of Holland and Marla Doggendorf and Rick Vojvodic of Fennville; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a brother Gordon Olds of De Soto, Mo. Visitation is 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St., Fennville. Services are 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Jean Smith officiating. Burial will be in Taylor Cemetery in Ganges Township.
