Adam Lee Tencate, age 2 days old, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2014 at Spectrum Health Devos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Adam was the son of Adam Tencate and Dejalyn Rivera. He is survived by his parents, maternal grandparents Maria Gloria Rodriguez of Pullman, Michigan, paternal grandparents, Brenda and Tim Durand of Pullman, Jeff Tencate of Zeeland, paternal great-grandparents JoAnn and Merit Zwiers of Zeeland, step brothers Austin and Xadrian, step sister Carmen, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be Sunday, December 14, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. and funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2014 at the Chappell Funeral Home 637 W. Main St. Fennville, MI.
